What are your office hours?
Our official office hours are Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM EST. We also offer occasional after hours support.
What happens if I need more support hours?
If you’ve reached your monthly hourly limit, we will give you an option to either prepay for extra hours or postpone remaining tasks until next billing cycle.
How can I change or cancel my plan?
We offer no commitment plans. If you want to change or cancel your plan for any reason, please contact our billing department via billing@tasklon.com. We’ll update your plan effective next billing period.
Do you work with agencies?
We certainly do. We have a special program designed for agencies and volume clients. Please contact us for details.
I have multiple websites. Will my plan cover all?
Yes. Hours spent on each site will count towards your plan’s monthly limit. SEO audit is limited to 1 or 2 websites per plan, depending on which plan you have.
